 Needham Concert Society

 About Us

The Needham Concert Society was founded in 1976 by William Gibson (1916-2002),
retired principal trombone of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and a Needham resident.
He strove to present excellent live performances to Needham audiences. NCS presents
talented ensembles and soloists from Needham and the Boston area, including members
of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. The society was incorporated in 1985 as a non-profit.
